Is it possible to tell us exactly where will the 0.86 release will be hosted?

Might be an idea to release a torrent file ahead of time, and then start actually seeding it as soon as the release goes live, that way people can connect their torrent clients and then go out to work/go to sleep/whatever, letting their PC download the file when it's ready.

The manual link on the main page is already updated. On the PR main web page near the bottom is the link to the 0.86 manual in colour PDF and yes i have printed it out as it looks nice.

if you mean uninstall 0.85, then yes. it counts as a completely new version.
