i downloaded the patch, and bull, i downloaded 2 copies, both dont work, one is corrupted, the other has to install that network thing, so upon instlalign the network, it failes to connect.. ****...

The .exe is not working with my Vista (Swedish).
I have feeling it's because of Vista is renaming "Program Files" to the swedish translation but actually don't, it's hard to explain but essentialy "Program Files" is still under the name "Program Files" but Vista translates it for the user and then the .exe files reads the swedish one instead of the real name, I'm not that good at explaining it because i'm not 100% how it actually works technically, but i've had this problem before. If someone else has this problem, reinstall BF2 under your harddrive instead, For example directly on C:\ or a custom map like C:\LoL\
I havnt tried reinstall it yet tho so it's not 100% accurate that it will work, but this problem has happend to me before with other games (Mostly older ones) but i'll edit the post as soon as i've reinstalled it and tried again.
