It was on a Korengal round where I spawned as a combat medic on my squads rally point (it was on a hill) I went down the hill and there I saw an automatic machine gunner aiming at a village (Probadly covering his own squad) and I was behind him for atleast 5 minutes, he didnt see me and it ended up like this:
