We have all voices filled but some are not that great, if you have a good grunt voice we are interested, can you record a sample and post it so we can hear if we can use it?

No, not the DJ, i got it of the book of the same name, check it out, it's a great book.
Also define "grunt". Do you mean action voices, like "Reloading!!"?
Also can you list a number of lines that has to be redone? That would safe time. I'll post a sample tomorrow.

Endymion, Those voices are pretty good!
Only the last one sucks
"Ik heb noodverband nodig".
Well Glim, I think he should do the voices because some of the others are not very good.

Are you guys far from Groningen btw? I can do them at home, but then i need the lines written down that i have to and a grade on how intense they must be.
Edit: nevermind i see you all are far away from Groningen

Re: [TASK] Dutch Voices
I have some good news guys, a friend of mine is a active duty soldier in the dutch army, and has been to Afghanistan, he has a agreed to do some voices Wendsday, he is quite busy, so can you guys list some of the high priotity voices?
If we don't get it done, then i'll just do the voices myself along the way, but i kinda liked the novelty of him doing it, seeing as he is a real soldier.

Re: [TASK] Dutch Voices
Afterdune himself did the commander voices and IMO i think they are quite good, the SM voices are crappy and must need a replacement voice, the SL quality is good but they guy sounds kinda stoned (maybe he was, i don't know )Endymion wrote:I have some good news guys, a friend of mine is a active duty soldier in the dutch army, and has been to Afghanistan, he has a agreed to do some voices Wendsday, he is quite busy, so can you guys list some of the high priotity voices?

So both could use a new set, so knock your selfs out on those
Remember we need studio quality! so using a el cheapo webcam mic in a noisy room is a big nono!

Quality wise it was really good, but acting was a bit meh
Maybe do what i suggested a few pages back: "Run up and down the stairs a few times before you record".

Re: [TASK] Dutch Voices
Also make sure you record it in one big sound file, its easier for the sound engineer to cut it up himself then to rename and convert each file separately.
