[AAR] CF delivers kits to Taliban Airfield

We defending a cache at the airfield and I I was sitting near the control tower with my PKM when suddenly this pilot drops his squad smack in the middle of the airfield. Our technical and I just lit them all up, I run over to find: 1 Grenadier kit, 1 Officer Kit, 1 Sniper kit, 1 Iron-sight Marksmen, 1 medic and a rifleman's kit. I do not know what they were expecting to do with those kits in CQBs. The Chinook got away but we were happy with the free kits. I ended up taking the sniper kit and we slaughtered the CF with their own kits, but sadly they still got the cache with a LAV (the third one to assault the cache mind you) since it was in the open.

I ended up CTDing, losing my lovely M40 as well as not knowing who won. My squad constantly fell apart, though me and my squad leader, Red Moss, were in it for the whole round.

I had a similar experience in archer as the taliban. Except i was alone and was a medic so i had the enfield rifle against 5 guys. didn't work out as well........

The Chinook got away

No it didn't.

They also brought us 2 Eyrx AT-Launchers, a squad's worth of SAWs, and we knocked quite a few of their vehicles and infantry to the East (there was a cache there) with mortars.

Another chinook landed in the middle of a mortar strike far out West, as well.


We won 40-0, I believe.

Lots of new pilots and squad leaders bringing kits to the insurgents these days. I have had this happen with the huey landing at airfield on the old version, its always nice to get fresh equipment. I hope to see the new Archer soon, sounds like you guys had a great round!

How do you get an Iron-sight Marksmen?
Marksmen rifles have scopes. is there a way to change that?

Right-clicking the kit on request list gives you the alternative version, mostly ironsight (if default is scoped) or alternative rifle for Taliban/Militia ie. kit with AK47 or AK74U
