Hm,
In the 0.9 change log one reads: 'Added PR Mumble integration into the v0.9 installer as an option'.
I did not get that option (the At-Tab bugfix one did come up though), so I am wondering what that means...I used to get Mumble trouble when installing new versions without getting rid of the old ones first, an old one was still on when I installed 0.9, so have I messed up my installation?
Can't test it in-game at the moment, as my connection speed has dropped to biblical rates since moving house recently...

The mumble installer wasnt part of the PR install. If you look in your PR folder you will find a "Readme" folder - the installer is in there.

Will uninstall all previous Mumble versions before running it though, to avoid any trouble.
