It isn't a great effort at all, is much easier and faster than modeling and baking the highpoly.
I was excited when I found that GPUmeshmapper, from AMD, that uses GPU instead of CPU, It do the job 10 time faster, but you still have to redo the baking thousands of times until you get a "clean bake".

Paladin, M60 is for FARC and other factions maybe, Brazil will be using the FN MAG, which probably will be the next model I will get involved with.
