Could the Devs make it so that the high end settings get better, but keep the low end settings easy to play? This way it would make it good for everyone.

And can't you adjust the view distance and settings in the video options if its too hard to play?

I've looked up the system requirements for PR because on some maps i get framedrops that just drops the frame to 1 per 3 seconds.

2.0 GHz CPU, 1GB RAM (2GB recommended), 3.3 GB hard disk space, DirectX compatible 128MB graphics card (256MB recommended)
(from wikipedia) (I guess these are the minimum requirements tough)

This is what i have:
Processor:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory:
2046MB RAM
Video Card:
Radeon X1300/X1550 Series (256 MB)

I've set almost everything at the lowest, and it improves just a little.
As an example, when i'm playing on Silent Eagle and i face towards the town (if it's directly on screen) it drops so much that i can't line up a shot.

So please give me some tips on what i can upgrade.

There is a possibility that the engine is at the edge of performance itself. If so It worked fine on maps that had some gaps and structures but not completely bloated with extra content that requires extra things. That is all saved in the memory of map triggers and having things like destructible buildings takes a trigger per destruction point so they classify a destructible as a unit or disposable item like a grenade or C4. The map and gameplay are just fine if there are not too many objects that have special properties or triggers on a map then that map would run smoother. Too many doodads or density will run down this games engine and you all forget that what was 2005 is not 2010. It is funny now cause resent computers are on par or better preforming then counsels. Like low settings of Call of Duty MW2 almost matches a ps3 quality one and also computers had the first HD wide screen quality or video cards as almost a standard in 2007. The size of a 128MB external storage in 2008 can keep 1TB now for almost the same size or smaller. So if that's a shock at that time then welcome five years later.
