I think youd be wise to trust me on this.

I love this, this is like saying the earth is still flat :P

If i were you sharpshooter, i would shut up now and go play the game instead of giving us more stuff to laugh at :P

Im voting this thread be moved to the "stuff that makes us laugh" thread.

Oh...and im just wondering,am i included in your little survey?

I thought it was ....isn't joke part of the title ?
Besides I just got through watching about 45min of "best of scrubs" clips on YouTube and almost forgot what the thread was about.
I honestly thought all of the posts were jokes .

No one is going to take Op serious with his own little poll saying 70% dont like the FOB changes as I clearly did an exstensive poll and found out that 80% didnt like this thread.
Constructive critisism is good, but then again you cant just point at something say its wrong and back it up with a made up survey/poll.

Now I have not tried the changes neither will I before June so I will not say alot about the problem, but the OP needs to put his shit up to a certain standard. There was one guy showing of overview maps of how cramped the FOB placing was now on 1km maps I think thats constructive cristisism. Not the standard the OP did set with his post: "I believe in my perfect world that 70% ......."

I found this sentence quite funny and since this is a war game forum I will put it here. No offense to the french just a good laugh.

Sounds to me like your view distance settings in the gfx options might be under 100%, did you create a new profile recently?
Actually, I think you'll find that the view distance has been reduced by about 70% on those maps.

Don't whine about free stuff. It's like saying OMG THIS FREE HOTDOG SUCKS. Sure, it's a hotdog. Who doesn't like hotdogs? PR is a BETA. It's not a full release. Before you QQ about it, Play more and realize WHY they made the 200m distance away. So people don't glitch like silly noobs.

Its a common misconception that people are complaining/whining/whinging/whatever when they comment on something like this, or the FO map edge distance or whatever.

From what I can see almost every thread can be interpreted on the feedback section as whining. Then what is the point of the feedback forum itself?

By all means shout people down if its blatant complaining without real argument, but seriously lay off all this sarcastic **** of 'derrrrr want a refund'; it doesn't help the forum at all.
one more thing, could you please remove the HUGE U.S. advantage on every U.S. map please?
You have a chance to bring yourself back Sharpshooter. How about elaborating on this? I'd like to hear it.

No this is a joke.
"The Wooden Airfield" An enemy decoy, built in occupied Holland, led to a tale that has been told and retold ever since by veteran Allied pilots. The German "airfield," constructed with meticulous care, was made almost entirely of wood. There were wooden hangars, oil tanks, gun emplacements, trucks, and aircraft.

The Germans took so long in building their wooden decoy that Allied photo experts had more than enough time to observe and report it.

The day finally came when the decoy was finished, down to the last wooden plank. Early the following morning, a lone RAF plane crossed the Channel, came in low, circled the field once, and dropped a large wooden bomb.

(Didn't say it was a good one, but I hope I have cleared up the OP's confusion.).

Edit Yes Sorry Dtacs has a point, although the title of the thread and the actual OP could have been phrased differently ..it may have avoided the (hopefully) light hearted teasing that has ensued.
Did they really drop a wooden bomb ?
