Integrated or separate?

Is PR: Vietnam going to be fully integrated into PR or is it going to be a separate project? I can see the community being split if you had to launch PR:V as a completely separate mod, and we're not what you would call a large community as it is.
However if PR:V was part of regular PR, like a map pack and three(?) new armies, or setting PR:V as a new gamemode. Then we could seamlessly switch between both games without even changing servers.

Then we'd end up with PR:V servers being like pure insurgency servers or pure AAS servers are now.
