The idea is that its the main transport, after some flags are capped 1 medium size chooper (NH-90) will be available so they can get some crates here and there.

Make sure it has some sort of Under belly 
BECASUE ... boats DO flip soo it would be a bit akward to see through the bottom of the boat 
not to mention exploiting fliped beached boats as one way shooting spots.
