I think its because we import these then modify them rather than building them from scratch ourselves.

It's an Italian manufacturer, IVECO, making it, or rather based on one of the vehicles they make, so I'm guessing Rudd is right :)

IVECO LMV

At least that's how I've understood it :p

Every model can be used in bf2 and arma2, but arma2 has a newer engine so you can have more detailed models and use bigger textures. No exports were made yet, first Ill make textures for the afghan version, then Ill make LODs for both models and after that its gonna be exported, so it will take a while.

well most of our static models can't really be used in ARMA2 :p

So, If we shoot the fire extinguishers, does white gas flow out of the back?

Very nice! I think a lot of the scratches look very unnatural though, mainly around the door.

Hmm  , every model is a bunch of triangles, and the limitation of the arma2 engine for a single model is how much 35K faces? Well I was talking mainly about vehicles and weapons, whats so different about statics? Its clear that you can not use a 35K model in BF2 from arma2, but whats the problem with bf2 objects to be used in arma2?

Well about the scratches, the majority of the community is obsessed with scratches, so there they are, majority wins  .

Well the object itself is fine, the problem is with the textures, most use the vBF2 texture pallets which we can not legally port to ARMA2 and
ARMA2 doesn't use the same colour, detail, dirt and crack system BF2 uses for its statics so all in all you would need to pretty much remake the static in order to work on ARMA2 since also parts of the model are setup to use these texture pallets well etc.

But dont worry about that :p
