I'm on the 2nd floor of my house. My house has a basement, ground floor, and upper level, and I'm on the upper level, I'm not on the roof.
Simplest way to look at it, no point in complicating things without reason. This isn't arma.

Yes, there is a ground floor in Canada. It goes (in a tall complex) SB, B, GF, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,14,15,16,17...
