Lol seems like a lot of wasting ammo to me, shooting behind that wall in hopes of getting insurgents (and ending up killing 2 or 3 civis)

When ammo is unlimited (based on the average player's average lifespan, the number of times they get to a rearm point, etc. Which can transfer to Tank's ammo), why not waste a few rounds if you think you might get a few kills.

He might have also been providing a vital fire support role, which allowed the rest of his team to move safely in other areas.

Yeah, it would be better if he hadn't killed any, but sometimes s**t happens. At least it looks like he was trying his best to minimize Civi casualties otherwise.

i saw an insurgent with an RPG, standing next to a civi or 2, aiming the RPG at some friendlies and i could not let them hurt the blufor. so i sent them to heck with some MPAT (HEAT).

what should i have done? let the RPG insurgent possibly take out transport HMMV or blufor infantry?

what would you have done as a tank gunner: kill the RPG insurgent and a civilian and lose 20 intel points? or not shoot but risk the RPG taking out a HMVM or friendly infantry?

I see the guy you're referring to, but to be honest, it looks like a lot of time passes in the video and that RPG gunner could've been killed later (by the round you shot at him when he fired next to the dead humvee) or been long gone after that.

If I were the gunner, I would've maneuvered the tank a bit more instead of sitting in the same place, shooting at nothing and killing civilians in the process, because when you killed those civi's there both their bodies flew up but nobody else did.

Anyways, no use arguing about it any more.
