PRSP Karbala Grenadier Malfunction....

Nice touch adding Karbala to the single player map lineup. Been wanting to play that one for a while.
But I noticed while having the 50m sight selected for the grenadier, the sight is covered up by the top of the scope, making it impossible to see what you are aiming at. Anybody else notice this?
It was kind of a bummer as it's my favorite kit and favorite map and I had to use the 100m setting just to see what I was aiming at. I searched and couldn't find anything on here regarding this problem. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums first off.

And if I am correct this is the American UGL?

If so 50m is to hard to aim for, just wait like 3 secs and the point at your target and shoot.
I find that 50m for me is nothing, but hey I used the old sights 8-)

As stated in previous topics, this is not a glitch/bug. The DEVs have made it clear that this was intended as you cannot see the UGL sights with a scope in real life. If you are so desperate to see the UGL sights, select the scopeless version of the gun by right clicking (instead of left clicking) on the grenadier kit while in the kit request menu.

What also works is that when you need to hit something 50m away but you can't see if use the 100m mark but use the rung one above the mark. Will upload screen shot soon to show what i mean

Thanks for the replies guys.

I guess I'll just have to deal with it if it's not a bug. Just thought it was weird that in MP it's normal, just single player mode has it covered by the scope. I understand the 'realism' of it, that's why I play this game, but the scope blocking the 50m UGL sights is a little over the top IMO.

Same can be said for the range of the different grenadier kits, i.e. American UGL range finder only goes to 250m, while MEC's goes to 400m+? Oh well.
