Maybe there could be some ultranationalist faction like in cod 4. It would basicly be copied over russians with mixed chechens and mecs in random gear and russian, mec vehicles. Would be ment for woodland only. More in the lines of a conventional faction with modern stuff, unlike them damn chechens we have now. Could make some stuff up aswell, no need to stick to some realistic guidelines. Could be an enemy for Russia, Norway...

Atm, so have we planned to have the Norwegian Forces fighting in Afghanistan and than on the opposite part of the world; Norway.

The developmen on COld Response got stopped by the mapper, because leack of time and the low progress. An other reason would maybe be the snow, theres a lot of retexture jobs needed to finalize a snow map.
The maps that have most progress and seems to be able to make it is, my map: Vadso (Norway) and Wiccas map: The Karez Offensive (A-stan or some thing)

yes the map is put on hold. i lost all inspiration and time to make the map. if anyone is interessted to continue the map i would love to pass the map on to somebody else that is capable to finish it.

Hmm, I remember that over a half year ago I was checking the Community Maps and I encountered a couple of screenshots of a night map with an aurora borealis in the sky. Also a mention of a flare gun as a sole addition for that map.

We are behind both the French and Dutch, but determening these things can be hard. as there is no way of knowing when people will have the time to finish their models/maps/textures/coding etc.
