Would be there optics on Dragunov different than on Russian version ?
I know that Poland is using their own optics.

For the first release, we'll use unchanged, Russian version. If we will have some time after 1st release, we will add own optics.

Same thing. We want to release first version ASAP, then, we'll be adding new features.

I know that Poland has adopted PKM to NATO standards,I'm talking about UKM-2000.PaulPL1 wrote:Same thing. We want to release first version ASAP, then, we'll be adding new features.
Is this main Polish LMG or still is PKM ?
And would be UKM-2000 in the game ?

Here's a picture of the UKM-2000 (this is the older model, but I'm not very confident that the new model is widespread)simeon5541 wrote:I know that Poland has adopted PKM to NATO standards,I'm talking about UKM-2000.

It doesn't look very different from a PKM at all, except for that atrocious Western rail mounted on top .
The newer version is here (this may be an ArmA model, but I have no idea):
If the DEVs are planning on implementing the newer version, that would be great, but the PKM model intended for 0.96 would suffice.
EDIT:
Looking at the new UKM-2000, man the Poles really know how to make tactical Russian weapons look good!

thousands of old PKMs from storage . . .
Same as Yugoslavia has due with M53 during the war in Bosnia and Croatia,
and even later in Kosovo and Metohija.

Re: Dragunov
UKM 2000 is not in regullar use, so we will not see it in PR. Anyway mabey befor Polish fraction for PR will be released, MSBS will be in regullar use and it will be as AR and marksman aswell.
PS Doesnt it look awesome.
