RELEASE IS NEAR!
It looks like it might even be in August! I had just about given up hope on it coming out this month.

Did anyone else imagine him putting on sunglasses going:
This guy needs healing. Preferably by a medic. *sunglasses* ... I am a medic.

You can transport stuff inside a chopper, then either land and unload it, or (if at the right altitude and speed) paradrop it.sparks50 wrote:According to the manual you can also drop it in a parachute(if 200m height or more) or fly it in with a sling/rope.(must be under 25m when dropping cargo off)
You can also transport underslung loads, but you need to fly carefully otherwise you could lose them.
There's a lot more to PR:ArmA2 than the manual or videos can possibly show you. It's gonna be a learning curve for many, but ultimately worth it.

Can we slide down fastropes on the first server?

We tried to get fastropes working, but there's still some work to do. Maybe in 0.2 ...

Do you have any better idea?[R-DEV]Rhino wrote:Its a little barbaric to hang the enemy from your choppers don't you think?
We tried fitting a guillotine in the back of the chinook, but there was a lack of room for the blade to catch speed so we ended up with several half-decapitated testers.

Question for the Devs, can anyone despawn a FOB? I worry about the potential for greifing. Maybe put something in team chat of "Player X despawned FOB"
