What was the USMC AM Track during the vietnam conflict? i saw a video of US Marines in vietnam and what looked to be an AM track in the back of the shot.
I could be wrong though, but would anyone like to enlighten me on what the name and designation of it is?

That would have been the LVTP-5. (Landing Vehicle, Tracked, Personnel). The "LVTP" prefix was dropped in 1990, IIRC. There was also a fire-support version, the LVTH-6, with a 105mm howitzer.
