when everyone is screaming in the back from all the branches coming through the side of the chopper whilst at full speed 2 feet of the ground.

So fun hearing everyone screaming "OMG WERE GOING TO DIEEE" then "how the F*** are we alive" when you land :p

I meant it like this.
if you yourself are a skilled pilot, then you notice the skills of your pilote, p.e. if hes done an awesome move, dropping flares very well etc.

Why would you think he's that young? I know people that are around 16 years old with very strict parents. Kind of like Lukeyu's dad.

An what if he is 6-7 years old? You've got a problem with that?

when he;

flies down the street at bedroom level, cuts left and swoops down to bravo 7 avoiding all AA and AT and .500" stuff, gets you into a safe landing area and gets back to base,

then does it all again to get a second crate to you

When you tell the pilot to land in C7, and he's like "no no, too hot in there, better drop you in C3". Then you know you're in for a safe ride.

When I used to command PRT battles my mom would knock on the door, walk in, hand me a coffee and beat a hasty retreat. She knew if I didn't look at her and say 'thanks' that I was in the middle of it.

She knew it was serious business.

Now granted, I'm in my 20s, and she gave me hell for overusing the PC when I was younger, but its nice that my mom thinks its cool that I play games with people from around the world. She'd sometimes come into my room while I as on Teamspeak and just listen the interesting accents. She really thinks Mitchverr has a nice voice. I guess she really like Yorkies. :D

As for good pilots, well when you've played enough PR you just get a feeling after the first run. Lately its Chinook pilots that without dropping air speed slide you into a compound about 5 meters larger than the big *****'s footprint. Heroic that those guys can just fit you in like some Night Stalker pro. I love a good airlift. Its one of the most immersive experiences in this game.

You know you've got a good pilot when he flies upside down, does rolls, runs over enemy infantry, and drops you in the middle of a hot zone all while keeping the heli intact.

You know you've got a good pilot when he makes a 300m flight at full speed at ~1' off the ground.

BEST... FEELING... EVER!
Guys, when a new player comes, just answer his question and go on your merry way, instead of going berserk! It's THAT simple! :D

you know you have a good pilot when he flips upside down, and flies inbetween the buildings at street level, then pops back over rightside up all while maintaining the same forward momentum and altitude, and then you feel like vomiting upon exiting the aircraft.

When he can hold a gunship in a perfect hover.

I once managed to get an apache in a perfect hover. I got bored so i went AFK got a glass of water from the kitchen and came back and the chopper was still just where i had left it.

And in answer to whoever was asking for my age.
I'm 17
i just have really strict parents but it's a bit better now that it's the summer holidays.
funny thing is i'm suppose to be on the computer for only 2 hours a day but it's more like 2 hours plus or minus another 2 hours usually without the minus bit

lol
i'm called lukeyu2005 because i first got my email account in 2005 and can't be bothered changing it to something cooler.
