Hello where the 10th Mountain Division. Were a realism unit based on real military structure, we use real army ranks and we try to intruduce real world tactics into the game, we have several members in the unit that are currently in servi?e in both Europe and United States, Our avarage age is 23 years old, Were a bit laid back and also very seriouse ( but not rediculouse seriouse) we ue callsigns and real world communication notes. If u join u will go to Basic Combat Trainning that will last over a week or two and then after you complete the BCT you get your Private tags, Once you are a private u have the option of tacking OCS School for officers or you can take WLC for NCO?S. we are a realism unit that started with ArmA2 and BF3 and now openning a company for Project reality, We have now 2 companies one for ArmA 2 and another for Battlefield 3 we have a server for both and. Were also thinking about opening a server for Project reality as soon as we get more mebers for the company. At this moment as we started the company yesterday we have manny places vacant such as Squad leader Platoon seargent and fireteam leaders.

Negative they are not anymore the 10th-Community, they switched last year to the old 10th-Mountains they have been since 2008.

I am 1sg Beard, Bco's top.
I would like to add a few thing to the Captains thread. (Tanaka)

We are more than a military realism unit, we are a brother and sister hood community. We help each other as best we can in many ways. If you need to talk about daily life, we have people that are counselors, good listeners and have experiences through out the world.
We have many retired and currently serving military members.

We offer 4 major games Arma II ( armaIII when it is out), BF3, Project Realty and we have just started a COD4 section for the die hard COD members.

We offer training in the form of squad training, platoon training and help keep our members active. We are a tactical realism unit.
If you would like to join something more than just a clan then the 10MD is your unit.
