voice commands bug

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with the voice commands "enemy spotted", "move here" etc. Every so often the enemy spotted command doesn't make any sound or appear on screen. I havent noticed it yet with any other commands but it can be quite frequent 3-4 times during a round.

Noticed this as well, very frustrating. I usually like to spot before I shoot, gets hard when you can't spot.
