It's almost certainly legit. Quite simply, the dev team isn't mean enough to say it's going to be released and then say it isn't.

I must admit I'm sort of disappointed PR:V was actually real. PR:BF2 remains far from complete at this stage, and spinoffs merely add more unfinished content to the game and fracture the dev team further. I would rather see a single truly finished faction than a bunch of works-in-progress. Just being honest.

A mod that is done and finished.... is no mod at all.

Wow... he's even trying reeeally hard to convince us... but NO, we (everybody here) KNOW/KNOWS that that ".../april_fools/..." just has a simple order-system for the media-news section in the PR forums, I mean, the devs wrote "/april_fools/" so they could find all material there which is to be released on 1.
