Hello guys...
is there any way for me to limit the amount of bandwith my router gives to a certain computer?

If your router supports QOS, then yes, this is the normal way in which most businesses ensure all users have a relative bandwidth and that one user cannot hog it all, as I presume someone in your household is .
But other than that I can't tell you more unfortunately, try searching your routers model and seeing if it has QOS and maybe a tutorial to sort it out, but it will most likely be a simple job.
Thinking about it, it may require the set-up of static IP's on the computers you wish to throttle, but again that's simple after the first one (Once you have the information such as DNS and gateway, it applies to all machines).
