Looking for milsim gameplay, casual out-of-game feel
I know there are clans that do "realistic" milsim-oriented scenarios and generally subscribe to the milsim gameplay style, but I'm really hoping to find one that doesn't require all of the assorted realism unit formalities, such as addressing members by rank, etc etc.
Put simply, I'm looking to get involved a clan that does serious, slower-paced, tactical-milsim-style gameplay, but otherwise has a casual atmosphere and doesn't take itself too seriously out of game.

Thanks guys, I'll definitely check out USF. In the meantime, any other suggestions would be great. Thanks!

USF is the best bet, all other milsim units got rank respect as far as i know.
Its SO evil, it may actually encourage EA to support Modding again - Pantera

Well we have some rank respect too. I cant just call my CO noob or scallywag or something(mostly) but we still talk casually in and outgame. Also there are some extra treats that come with joining ![Wink ;-)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)

We can play you from 6 on 6 up to 24 vs 24. I am not to keen on mercenaries tbh.

Last I checked this was a recruiting thread. Not a tourny or scrim thread.
