Just Smile Gaming Community - Needing Admins To Run PR!

Hey,

Firstly my name is MachoMan but I come under more names such as ItsJustKfoss, Kieran, Macho. Right here is what I have to offer! I currently run a gaming community/clan that is called Just Smile Gaming which can be found here at http://www.JustSmileGaming.com, its a new community/clan that is playing in games such as arma2, dayz and project reality. Sadly I have no members and this is where you come in! I am looking for admins who can run the project reality side of the community/clan. You will be the sole admin/admins and I will have no say in how your department is run unless it is something major.

Here is what I have to offer and can offer in the near future;

An up to date website with all the features you would need!
If somebody does become admin of a department then I will buy a 100 man TeamSpeak3 server!
If your department is sucsessful then I will buy you a server for your departments game, e.g. dayz server, arma2 server, pr server.
Admins will get admin on all servers including website and teamspeak!

Is it a clan or a community? There's a serious difference.

Should break up those lines into paragraphs or something, walls of text are an eye sore.

With all the PR servers up as it is, buying a server likely wouldn't be a cost effective way to go.

Dont take this offensive but you could of sent me that in a PM instead of trying to troll my thread and make me look bad, even though I have been in the PR community for around 4-5 years now and I know how to run and manage a populated server!

Ice his message is that is is hard to get a new server populated. You need a populated server before you can admin it right?

Yeah, you need atleast 15-20 active players in your clan who seed your server. So at first better get some people. Otherwise you will pay for a dead server until you get enough players to be able to successfully fill the server.

And because there are so many popular servers which fill up by themselves without any clan-seeding, it will be very very hard to establish a well visited PR server.

Example: We are only able to fill up our server on sundays, when all 30 clan members are present and we play our weekly QRF vs World event. On the other days we try it aswell. But even with 15 players + a couple of publics we usually don't get past the "Skirmish Fill Up Maps".

Cheers for advice guys, means a lot! and I know what you mean with the server, when I was coleader of UK!SSG we only started off with a small skirmish server cause it seemed they was in demand for people eho enjoy cqc, we filled that up pretty decent once my clan had a few members.
