None of us really know how much PC parts cost in mainland China, Jolly.
I'd suggest waiting until June for Haswell CPU and mobos,

You've seen the new Lenovo gaming PC? Not sure they are selling it yet, it's probably overpriced, but it's one of the better prebuilt gaming PCs I've seen this year.

But I think you would find best price for Made in China parts, such as MSI motherboard, or ASUS motherboard,

MSI makes it's own in Shenzen, I think they still use " MicroStar International Corp. " as the brand name in China.
ASUS, they now use third party manufacturers for all motherboards,

TO put it in perspective, for the price of 8gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz in the USA, in China you should be able to buy 24GB ddr3 ram 1600mhz.

For a US$150 motherboard, you should be able to buy for Renimbi 700.

Computer cases:

power supplies:
Who's Who In Power Supplies, 2013: Brands Vs. Manufacturers : PSU Manufacturers, Designers, And Labels

Point I'm trying to make, the Mandarin and Cantonese speaking people of the world have an entirely different universe of "brand names" of PC parts manufacturers and retailers, than the New World and Europeans on this forum.

Just make sure you buy a very good power supply.

Think price here is almost same as urs. :p

Just compared with BD's video card, his card is just 200 Chinese-dollar expensive than Chinese sold.

Just a random curiosity...

Since so many things are produced in China, are there alot of, um, "fell off the back of the truck" specials?
Best line yet...

This case is better than almost anything you can find in the USA for the price range:
?Enclave(8002B)-8002?ARESZE Product|ARESZE|english.aresze.com, gaming Cases, gaming Power Supply, Gaming PC case, ATX gaming case, desktop computer case, gaming pc case,Gaming power supply, ATX power supply
Manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong,
Costs 589Yuan, ~=US$95
??????? ????????????????589?_??????????????_|><|??????????PConline

Here is why I can't help you out:
Power supplies:
http://product.pconline.com.cn/power/c1 ... 7/s9.shtml
This page contains "Brand names" from North America, Europe, Russia, Brazil, Malaysia, and China, amongst other places. It also contains the Chinese manufacturers own brands. The entire http://product.pconline.com.cn website is like that, it's awesome for PC geeks. But I can't tell you much about what I'm seeing.

I have seen that the i5-2500K, i5-2550K and i5-2600K seem particularly cheap in China, might be worth building a system on that CPU.

SSD:

Crazy good price, but you have to search if they fixed the SandForce 2281 firmware bugs.

Looks like NVidia GPUs are easier to find in your area.
You might want to consider a GTX 560 Ti , it is more powerful, but uses more electric, and it runs hotter:

You should read this article:
ASUS and GIGABYTE captured more than half of the motherboard market ? Cutedevice
According to industry sources in Taiwan, the company ASUSTeK Computer and GIGABYTE Technology shipped in 2012, respectively, 22 and 19 million motherboards under its own brands. Overall, the global market was supplied 80 million cards. So, two Taiwanese giant captured more than half of the industry. The company shipped 7.7 million ASRock boards, the MSI was about 5 million

One of the largest is the Chinese market. Here shipments totaled 28 million ASUS and GIGABYTE together won 60.7% of the local market – their deliveries were 9 and 8 million motherboards, respectively. The remaining share was divided between the company ASRock, MSI, Biostar Microtech International, Colorful Technology and Onda.
So you should look at those top brands,
Asus
Gigabyte
ASRock
MSI

Personally I have never heard of and do not know anything about Colorful Technology and Onda. SO I can not say if they are good or bad.

Gigabyte are good products, don't worry too much about that. HEre is the list of all Z77 Gigibyte products:
GIGABYTE - Product Comparison - Product Comparison
And another list:

U : 2 x copper PCB design D : All solid capacitor design P : Power stage + All solid capacitor design
* PCIe Gen. 3 is dependent on CPU and expansion card compatibility.
* Memory support is dependent on memory module compatibility and system OS.
* Product features may vary by model.
* Motherboard models may vary based on local distribution.
