why when i use mumble the pr closes

the pr close and take me to the desktop when the PRmumble is open say Unable to open bf2 process. i open battlefield 2/mods/pr/PR Error and say

You need to start a normal (vanilla) game of BF2 once which will create your default profile.

Let's try this fix:

To be more specific,
go to documents/bf2/profiles/default/ and delete Video.con
then go to documents/bf2/profiles/000X and delete Video.con
then start vanilla BF2.
Log in,
go to video options, and properly set up your resolution and refresh rate.
exit BF2.
restart vanilla BF2
go to video options again to make sure the video options "stuck" on the restart.
That should permanently fix this.


0001 through 0009 directories are created for each profile you create for the game.

Aspect ratio error is simply a problem that you have the wrong resolution and/or refresh frequency set in Video.con files.

That should fix this problem.
