Hello there McIntire, I am 1LT Larsen.H of the 4th Special Forces Group [4SFG] we are a milsim unit with members from around the world.

Do you think you have what it takes?

Do you have the mind set to handle Teamwork and Tactics?

Can you maintain Discipline and Respect?

Then the 4th Special Forces Group is exactly what your looking for. We are not a realism unit. We are a Military Simulation Unit. Our training system is ran and taught by actual Combat Veterans that have served in the military at home and overseas. Not only do we have U.S. Vets, we also have U.K. Vets and other Vets from across the Globe. We also have currently serving members of the military

We also have a Veterans Program. We try to give back to our veterans for what they've done for their countries. Real World Veterans here only. We do check a sanitized DD-214 Document for the entry level in the veterans program.
After completion of Basic Training, veterans will be implemented into this unit as an E-4 Specialist. We challenge People here- I look for quitters and drop outs. Only the Strong survive here. I don't care about numbers people. We believe in Quality over Quantity.
You can see our Realitymod page here: https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f522-c ... group.html

And our forum is here: Home - 4th Special Forces Group

For more info you can conntact us on our Teamspeak: ts3.4thspecialforces.com and look for anyone with the "S1" tag or anyone of our NCO's or Officers

You can contact me on Xfire or send me a PM here or on our forums.

lol wtf, this shit makes me laugh so hard. I wish I was a certified Infantry Platoon Commander with a virtual commission and years of skills honed through sitting on my arse playing FPS games.

Is there money in it??

Well, I mean, some may put some emphasis on getting their hands on dedicated and experienced personnel, but I don't think any of the current PR units is THIS tight up the arse when searching for new members to join their ranks.

Let's put it this way, if you were to tell the people more about WHO you are instead of "I've been this and that in this game from then to then", I feel like you would have a couple more invites on checking out other units. Unlike an actual armed force, people have to get along with YOU, not your position.
VTRaptor: but i only stopped for less than 10 secs and that fucking awesome dude put 2 of them

]CIA[ SwampFox: well my definition of glitching is using an enemy kit to kill the enemy

Just_Dave: i have a list about PR players, and they r categorized by their skill

Para: You sir are an arse and not what the game or our community needs.

AlonTavor: Is that a German trying to make me concentrate?

Heavy Death: join PRTA instead - Teamwork is a must there.

There's not a single person on this planet who is the same as another, they have different mind set's and express things in different way's which others might find it to be strange/weird, no need to knock them for that.

Nice CV ;)

Thank you.

I just thought it was the most efficient way to get my information across. That's why I took this approach.

If you would really want to get to know me, you'd ask questions and I'd answer.

Well nobody is "hiring" around here. Actual military experience is not exactly a commodity here because it is a video game, and is not exactly representative of real combat.

Let me clarify. I don't have military experience. Let's get that straight before someone accuses me of claiming something that isn't true.

Anyways, as I said, I put out a "resume" because that's what I'm comfortable doing. I like being transparent and giving someone details if they are interested. Don't need to bust me for it. If you're not interested, so be it.

And by the way. It really doesn't mean THAT much, it is a game after all. But when you consider that the 13thMEU was one of the largest realism units back in the day, and only 2 people actually completed their OCS course, if nothing else, it's something worth mentioning. The 13th was pretty squared away, and so were their training courses. You wouldn't know unless you were there. And no, I'm not looking for money. But if you're offering, that's a different story. ;)

Really not trying to argue with anyone here, just trying to see who's interested in a candidate with my background.

McIntire, you can check out Welcome

We've got two other yanks with us at this moment, both serving their country.
You could give it a shot, we'll need more info about you along the way.

I like your approach McIntire, it caught my eye and thus you receive this invite to try-out for Tiger Platoon IF you get through selection.

What you put in it (effort), you get back.

A gentleman and a scholar.

Do you have a record of your wins/losses as a platoon leader while with any of the PR teams?

That would probably be a better statistic for determining your capabilities as opposed to just saying what you have done. I, personally, know people who could claim SL experience, that no one should ever let lead a squad again.

Just my thoughts.
