I think you should go with the MSBS, maybe have the Beryl as an alternative kit though. Since PR is set slightly into the future, it makes sense to have the MSBS, since it's going to replace the Beryl sooner or later anyway.

Polish Army don't use MSBS at the moment. And we have all variants of Beryl ready, while we didn't end started MSBS. Switching to MSBS now, will delay release, which we don't want, for doing something not worthing it game play wise. I want to notice that we still don't have assets, that we can't release faction without, and few kinds of asset, from which we don't have any representative. We are now focusing on doing necessary stuff. When we finish it, we might look into implementing MSBS, if it went to service by then.

About PR taking place in the future, I can't agree with it. Of course conflict NATO-Russia and NATO-China take place in the future, but events like battle of Fallujah, Mogadishu(Ramiel), Karbala, Al Bashrah took place few years ago. About Polish forces, we are retreating from Afghanistan till 2014, so MSBS can't by used on maps in Afghanistan, and also Iraq.
