I cannot use my other profile anymore.

I have always had 2 profiles for PR and since the patch I can only use one profile and don't see the other profile. When I first started the game it asked me to import the profile I wanted to use and now it only lets me use that one. How do I get my other profile so that I have both profiles. The other thing when I first installed the game there was a dot in the option that said for the current user only and not in the all users option. I wasn't sure what this was and figured I would just go along with the default current user. Do you think this is the reason or is it something else? How can I fix this problem?

Delete Documents\ProjectReality.
Start PRLauncher.
PRLauncher will start fresh with importing profiles from vanilla BF2.
This time make sure to select all the profiles you want to import.

I did the same thing too.
