Turning the Fullscreen off makes the game... weird

This is what happens every time when I turn off the Fullscreen mode in the PR startup client. Pictures should speak for themselves.

The ground textures in the game are see-through and menu selections are distorted.

This happens to everyone. You need to change the resolution to something which is smaller than your screen

For example: My screen size is 1920 x 1080
If I change my resolution to 1600 x 900 and go into windowed mode, the problems are resolved

I am gonna try that right now.

That doesn't really solves the problem since then I lose a considerable part of my screen as seen here:

I mean you don't mind playing like that? The thing is I could play in windowed mode 1920x1080 before 1.0 with no problem at all with just rewriting a run command in pr.exe.

Now with the new launcher though...

The motherboard temperature is obviously not show right ,I am not burning here yet.
I have 24inch display 1920x1080 res.
