Don't get why my game have such a low fps! Unplayable!

disable eax
which gpu are you using? the integrated one or the NVidia one?
reduce your resolution
go to NVidia cp and set your max number of pre rendered pictures to 4
make sure power plan is in performance mode
delete shader cache

I have the same processor. My laptop is the Lenovo y50 70

hope this helps, I'll give you more solutions if the above ones didn't work

As the n00b i'am, how do one simply change the change the EAX and the NVidia settings

Isn't he running on the on-board intel HD which would explain the FPS.

eax can be disabled in the pr launcher (audio options I think)

go to NVidia control panel.......

Found out of it! Thx for the help!

The only problem was the pre rendered thingy, fixed that and EAX and it went up to 66/16 fps =)


Never played this game more in more than 15/66 FPS from back in the start of the mod

Perhaps consider getting a dedicated graphics card instead of using the CPU..
