Random letters and numbers at bottom left and right hand corner in-game

I have these random letters and numbers everytime I enter a game and I realised that it also disables the chat so I cannot hear nor say anything. It's a whole bunch of random letters and numbers at the bottom right hand and left hand. The game is however still playable, except without any auditory communications. Anyone got a fix?

Its likely issue with the prlauncher. Make sure that windows has everything running in administrator mode and no permission issues.

A reinstall might also help?
