Well really I just want to know how easy it is to create an account in game? If you even have to? Or do you use your old BF2 account (which I have forgotten).
I have not got this game yet but I'm interested in trying it so I am going to re-buy BF2 and just really want to know if I'm stuffed without my old account info and will I be wasting my time.

The PR manual has a topic on this 
we have our own account service(that we share with FH2 mod) given bf2 account service has been shut down. Simply install the game and a friendy wizard will help you setup an account.
You also dont need to buy BF2 given PR can be installed as a standalone game.
Overall I suggest you read the manual. Specially the first few chapters on installing. They will clear up most of your questions.

Thank you kindly. Yeah I did more research turns out you can just download the torrent ISO thing, it's installing now as I type this. Hope I don't get errors and what not.
