I have added what is missing but should be present on your support. You have no graphics info, so check your graphic driver and settings. Then put game resolution to match whatever your system is. So if you need to play at 800X600 you must set the computers graphics at 800X600 or PR won't launch.

Ok thanks, but now somehow I got it to work before reading this.
I now get a new error, the game starts fine and loads the loading screen but just before the main menu loads it crashes and says prbf2 is closing and clean up resources.
Back to the response im running on a 1920x1080 monitor, Its the BenQ GW2255 for reference.

This is on laptop or personal PC? Because i have same **** with laptop, cant use dedicated nvidia card but integrated intel works.
PLODDITHANLEY wrote:This is normally the same problem, as the launcher runs in the same resolution but when you click play their game tries to run in its set resolution.

Have same problem. For now to be able to "play", I must to switch to integrated video card intel hd 4000, if your laptop have integrated card then put that pr run on it and it will work. Until the real solution will be find why it can't work with dedicated cards.
