Issue with Server List

Hey guys,

Everything is working great with the game itself, just having an issue whereby the server list doesn't seem to be updating with all the servers listed on 'PRSPY'. When I go through the website to join a server, and launch the game, from there, it gives me:

"8: Unable to find root BF2 Directory. Please reinstall Project Reality: BF2"

So I uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled. But unfortunately it's still giving me the same error code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

How did you fix this I'm having this exact problem I'm able to launch the game locally but not from the Join Server options on PRSPY

Looks like it's also not using my GTX 860m graphics card. And won't let me select it..

You sure it doesn't switch to the Nvidia when needed?

I can't even get the game to start. I just keep getting the
"8: Unable to find root BF2 Directory. Please reinstall Project Reality: BF2"

So I "fixed" this by just manually joining the IP Address in the game instead of launching from the Join Server button in the browser.

Anti-virus sometimes block some PR files, deactivate it then install the game, if the error persist's Uncheck the "read only" BF2 main folder proprieties.
Also, when you search for servers, you have to make "refresh"
