Cannot join server using autodeploy

Hi guys, I am not here to complaining about this, just want to be sure if this is an issue. When I tried to use the auto deploy button to enter PRTA EU server which had at that time 98/100 players I typed the number 98 and just press enter and start waiting to join the game and after a few seconds it said joining server and nothing else happened. It was like everything freezed. Is this is something I can fix somehow, because I had to press Alt+F4 to exit the game and that had happened almost every time?

Is it not because the server has 2 reserved slots so is full for non admins/members at 98? - I would try with 97 because then it will actually have a space available.
