Bumping this thread because it's still a huge issue, I can't play on any servers for longer then 5~ minutes.

Problem: "Lost connection to server" unknown connection issues, only happens in PR
ISP: TimeWarnerCable

I also Have Time Warner Cable. I had this problem when I first tried to play PR almost half a year ago. I gave up looking for a solution because there was no solution anyone had for me.

Didnt feel like reformatting just for this game.

Well, got a new mobo cpu and all that yesterday and thought what the heck, might as well try PR.. should work now that I have a clean slate.

NOPE. So here I am again, confirming the problem with this game and only this game

Probably will be ignored, with no solution. Not buying squad until I know this will work on my system.

What I don't get is the inconsistency of it.. One day it will be fine and I can play a few maps, and the next I can't hold connection to ANY server for longer than 5 minutes. I really don't understand it, I've done the router tricks and I've called them (twc). I just hope it's fixed in 1.4 (if it's dev error like someone said a few pages back) but at this point I really doubt it.

Same problem here as well. Join server play for X minutes freeze and lost connection.
Any idea when 1.4 will be out so I know when to check back?

Same here, even made a post about it the other day. Are we being completely ignored by devs??

Not to mention, Im on Shaw which is a Canadian ISP and my friend in Texas who is on 7-Link. We both get the same issues, but only when connecting via LAN through Tunngle.

Bumping this to give my possible solution, or what worked it for me.

Basically get rid of the all in one modem, TWC supplied mine but I'm fairly certain the majority of people in this thread are using one provided by whatever their cable company is (same modem?). After a week or so of using a new modem and a new router (got both top sellers on amazon) all the lost connections disappeared. I hope they come out with some kind of fix but TWC was zero help and is to blame here, somehow their combo modem/router cannot work with PR or PR mumble properly and drops connection. Good luck to everyone with the issue still, I know how incredibly annoying it was

Man, that really blows.

I wil lsay however that my friend in Texas is using a modem -to- router configuration, where as I am using an all-in-one. He has the same issues I do . . .
