Can not connect to PR Mumble at all

So as the title states, I can not connect to the prmumble server. It just says it timed out and keeps trying to reconnect. If I go to the "options" and try to launch it under there I get a critical error..............

Have you alt tabbed in game and checked how many instances are open?

When in game close them all it will restart automatically when you re enter the game.
