Mumble Disconnected from server

Hello,

i used to play PR with mumble for more than a year.

before one week, mumble stopped working at all, there's a disconnect marker on the right bottom while playin' and on mumble configure it says ( Disconnected from server ). while hardware ( mic ) is working on test and records on windows ( it's workin' ).

i tried to to quit mumble, reset, Qos, Force TCP and finally reinstalled the game ... Nothing Changed .

if any professional can help me plz, i will be thankful.

also, i tried to reset router settings, and finally installed a new windows ... guess what ? nothing worked ...

Is mumble connecting?

Join a server join a squad then alt tab find mumble and see if it is connected, someone else in the Middle East found the ports for mumble were blocked.

Hey,

Mumble is not connecting, I tried alt tab, it says ( disconnected from server ), i tried to quit mumble nothing changed ... and today I installed the game on my brother's PC ... It also shows the same .

hardware is good drivers are right, different PC with right settings.

But if ports are blocked, then how to solve it ? Do we have a solution for this issue ?

There is a thread somewhere here probably I think from a guy in Syria no UAE - don't remember if he found a solution or not.

Type "Jordan ports blocked" into google and see what comes up.

That's funny, I created a thread in Technical Support on the forums about the same issue.

I'm currently in Amman, Jordan and I've got the same issue. After spending a few hours trying to fix it it turns out the damn ISP is the reason why its blocked. I was able to access mumble and TS again after connecting through a VPN, however, that's not an ideal situation for online gaming.

In-case you're wondering, I'm using Orange. Also, I'm still trying to find a workaround.

it's blocked , but i dunno if it's gonna last forever or not .

I know from personal experience that in Morocco Skype and other VOIP programs no longer work - whether it is trying to protect the national telephone company or some worse religious or dictator stuff I don't know.

I suspect you should ask King Abdullah II to sort it out coz u wanna play....

Well you can still play with text just tell SL "Jordan mumble IP blocked" and he may understand, or like FATAL M above via proxy/VPN.

well if that's the only solution, then how can i use VPN to make mumble work again ?

if u can lead me to the light, that's gonna be great from you, i mean how to use proxies/VPN ,

i think you guys in Morocco found a great solution for this issue, i'm watchin' someone called ( Amin Raghib ), he's a PRO. he found the way out in Morocco. but i dunno if that helps here in Jordan.
