PR Closes When I Attempt to Change Options or Load a Map

Basically as the title says I have installed the latest version of PR, launcher works just fine and it updated without a problem. I am able to launch the game just fine as well but the application will simply close if I either 1)Attempt to change in-game settings like audio levels or 2)If I attempt to load a level. For case 2 I simply select a level to play in offline mode and the loading screen looks totally normal until it reaches 100% when PR simply closes. I've been looking around the forums for a bit and I haven't seen anything like this, by the way I was able to play PR just fine when this PC was running windows 8.1.

Have you tried lowering the graphics settings and/or resolution those settings look very high for an integrated HD4600?

Are your config files being messed about with possibly by one drive?

I think the thread below by cochise ends with that.

Hmm I just noticed that its only detecting my integrated graphics but my laptop has a GTX 760m, how to I get PR to recognize it?

Edit: Also what do you mean by my config files being messed about, can you explain that?

Your problem about not selecting the discreet GPU (Nvidia) is best dealt with by youtube:



If that one doesn't help check out some others it's a common subject.

Your changing settings trouble sounds a bit like in this thread- only read the last few entries. As far as I know most games have a file in Documents/XXgame storing info about configuration meaning keybinds, video and audio settings amongst others - this guys were getting erased and giving him problems.

As liitle as I know it seems One drive does funny things to a few guys and even with me all my documents are optioned at read only which they clearly aren't.
