PR:BF2 Sound Glitch

i have encountered this problem recently, whenever i play, the sounds are all messed up, like when people talk the sound doesn't come from where the actual player is, or when someone shoots near me the sound is not where the player is and its making me insane.

I sometimes put my headphones on the wrong way round and look the wrong way.
