Is there a way to download specific folders of the game?

I've some how lost several folders from the content folder while transferring the game to a laptop via thumb drive. Any advice? Wanna know if I need to redownload the game or if I can fix this manually

You can only manually fix this if someone sends you the missing files.

Reinstalling PR may be a better idea...?
