Hi, I want to make a server based on custom maps and game play

The problem is that people would need to download the maps before they join the server, and for some this might seem like a a bit too much of a hassle or they wouldn't understand what's going on. Also depending on how many maps you have it can get really repetitive and thus boring. (through ww2 mod doesn't seem to suffer from it for now)

People must just pass me maps, ill upload them to server, it cant be much of a afford as when an event comes online, everyone goes and downloads the map or maps anyways. so common custom maps out there already i would like to know and have them active

May I remind you shouldn't be using somebody's map without their permission? A download link of the map doesn't mean it's free to be used and hosted on any server.

It's lovely to see somebody wanting to host custom maps but please work with the mappers on this, make sure they can give you proper map versions, get feedback,etc,... This shouldn't just be about your server, it should also be about the mappers and there maps. So for every map, please get permission from mapper
