Windows 10 randomly crashes

My windows 10 crashes periodically while running PR, or when loading a new game. I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, but I can't get it to stop randomly crashing. Here is the system information:

I have seen a few times with 32bit OS having problems because of the max memory use of 4 including the 1GB of your GPU.

If you fit a graphics card with 1GB of memory only about 2.6-2.8GB of the RAM would be addressable and usable."

Best option for your gaming would be to reinstall a 64bit version of win10 - this is free MS don't care which you have with the same key.

Big Big Thanks to you for your suggestion! I wiped the computer and installed Windows 10 64 bit and now the computer runs PR great! No more crashing!! Thank You for very much!

Hey i got the same problem but my win is 64
last two days when try to run the PRlauncher always got a crashed
right now tried to uninstalled and reinstalled it again but now launcher won't run at ALL..

What have you changed since it last ran?

Most likely a Profiles issue in documents.

NAvigate to BRBF2.exe in default location Program Files/PR and launch it, it will show an error message but it will recreate profiles, close and try to launch PR launcher.

Manually check profiles have correct resolution, check you only have one sound device active.

I didn't change anything but when got a crashed in first time tried to delete the profile folder in the documents but won't help so I uninstalled and reinstalled PR. Now I just started the BRBF2.exe the profiles folder back to default but still won't work.. about the sound I have one speaker device active and one mic active.

What do u thing about System Restore.. it can be help ?

Doesn't work as well
When try to run launcher.exe or even the shortcut from the desktop nothing happens...

I will use the last methood is Factory settings

what version did you reinstall 1.3 or 1.3.5?

1.3 seems to need directx updated.
