ERROR 1311 dice_py.dll missing help

I played PR today and it was alright at the beginning. Then suddenly game crashed. I didn't surprised and clicked to launcher but boom, this error showed up. I tried many things but no chance. It seems only fix is the replacing the dll file with original and not corrupted one. There is no working method on internet so i need your help guys. Please upload your dice_py.dll file or give another fix.

Sounds like your installation might have messed up, so try re-installing the game. If you've changed a lot of stuff you can make a backup of your profiles which should be in your documents and paste them back when you're done.

But why ? I'm playing PR for 5-6 months and it never gave me an error. And i didn't change any system file or installed modding tools, im playing literally vanilla PR. How can a crash delete my dll file or corrupt any game file, i mean wtf ? It might be fixed if i can get a working dice_py.dll for 1.3.9.0 version. Because its nearly impossible for me to download whole game for 1.5 mb sized file pff...
