Can't create new account

Hi everyone, i'm new in the Project Reality. Yesterday i downloaded the PRBF2 v 1.3.5.0 and installed the game, but when i start the launcher i can't even click on the options, when i try to click the launcher doesn't work and i have to ctrl+shift+esc to close it.
