How to fix constant crashing in PR 1.4

Ever since i update/upgrade my Pr to 1.4 from the 1.3.9 version, I have a list of problems.
Firstly: when i start up Pr there is no sound at all during the cinematic in the background like before.
Secondly: All the server from before in coop are not there and those that are i cant get to join any server at all which is the main reason I'm contacting you for help. IT CRASHES EVERYTIME!
WHY?
Thirdly: I happen to found a way into some server, at the cost of my mumble or should i say my mic. I have to turn off my mic just to join certain server and to keep my game from crashing. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WITH THE NEW UPDATE IS But it needs to be fix and fix quickly.

Same for deployment. but i see the servers just cant join non of them cause it crashes.

servers for coop must be updated also , today 29.11.2016 i saw only 4 Servers which run 1.4 version

I notice that a while now but the issue is the crashing. I read some of the problem from other people and its the same of them, the fullscreen issue, the mumble problem and the cinematic problems with no sound. these things need fixings and it probably because of that windows 10 update i recently got.
