Game automatically shuts down after maps fully load?

Hi there,

I am new so please be patient with my understanding of the game mechanics. The issue could be rooted in how it was installed but up until I fully load a map to join a server (which takes about 5-10 mins) the game automatically closes, with no error code notification.

there should be a patch to correct that issue soon...

Thanks for your response.

Is this bug specific to Windows 8 users or something else? Just so I can assure myself that it wasn't an error in the install.

well, you could try to run the game in windowed mode... that should give you an error message...
